Hello, my name is Brian Weiss and I love helping companies grow their revenue!
I’m the company’s first Customer Success Trainer and Mentor, all QA performed is reviewed by me personally. I’m an early adopter of Customer Success Management at the Director level who draws on my background working with SaaS companies, from startups to businesses drawing in excess of $100 million annual revenue. I draw on my 15 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Training, Call Centers and QA and understand the FULL customer lifecycle. I’ve managed teams ranging from 5 to over 200 with teams onsite, remote, near and offshore.
I started this business because it combines all of my passions! Helping people (customers and employees), process and efficiencies, logistics and project management, and training and career development. The best way to describe Brian Weiss is 3 simple words: customer success guru! Throughout his time with SafeSoft he helped breathe customer success into every department that touched the customer. It all started with the implementation of an extensive on-boarding program for new customers and continued with on- going proactive communication and training for existing customers. The end result being higher product feature adoption rates, massively lowered churn rates, and ultimately increasing customer lifetime value.

Brian is the athletic coach who is tough but it’s always followed by a warm pat on the back…and you know he has yours.
In the 6 months I worked with Brian, I was able to learn more than I did the prior 12 months. Brian has a remarkable talent for strategy, development, and efficiency. The mantra work smarter not harder was always obvious. No matter what the situation (professional or personal) he always made sense and knew the proper approach.
